Management Team
The Community Response Task Force is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Each member of the team has a wide variety of experience in the field of emergency management, law enforcement, emergency services, military and Non Governmental Organization. As committed as they are to their community they are as equally committed to consulting others in developing their own grass roots disaster response team. Rod Bryant
Rod Bryant served as President of the Community Response Task Force from 2008 to 2011. As principle architect he and several community leaders to include the Humble Fire Marshel Clint Johnson developed the organizational structure for the CRTF. As a consultant Rod has assisted several communities in developing response programs.
As Emergency Management Coordinator with Atascocita Fire Department he help develop from ground up a fully functional Emergency Ops Centre and management team. From 1993 to 2003 Rod was a Police Officer with the Houston Police Department as patrolman, hostage negotiation team tech and criminal investigator. His career was started in the United States Army after graduate school. In 2004 Rod finished his military duty as a Major and combat veteren of the Gulf War.
Philippe Cras
Philippe Cras serves as President and founding member of the Community Response Task Force since January, 2012. He served as Vice President from 2008 to 2012. He is the Owner as well as President of Homewood Suites by Hiton – P. Cras Properties – P. Cras Hotel Management.
President of Group Dot Belgium Started and managed businesses in Europe and in the USA.
Carole Chambers as served the Community Response Task Force from its inception. Currently Carole serves as Secretary of the organization. She is also the Assistant Emergency Management Coordinator at City of Humble. Carole is the Citizen Emergency Rescue Training program Coordinator for City of Humble; Code Enforcement Officer at City of Humble Fire Marshal Division. Carole is also a certified Critical Stress Specialest and Crisis Chaplain
an Oklahoma native.
