FAQ

What does the CRTF do?
When a local disaster occurs, CRTF members volunteer their time and/or resources to assist their community in whatever way they are willing to do. CRTF volunteers cook, clean, operate communications equipment, provide basic health care, shelter refugee’s, clear roads, or whatever may be needed. They typically work with and assist agencies such as local fire departments, red cross, Emergency Management Agencies or police agencies. CRTF volunteers also maintain an incident coordination team to assimilate information and coordinate CRTF response.
